General Classes Information
Classes range from one hour to two hours in duration.
Note: Try to turn up about 10 or 15 minutes earlier so one of our coaches can give you a run through of what to expect and help you with any questions. Make sure to bring a drink!
Where are we?
Our Gym is located on the A38 in-between Coombe Hill and Tewkesbury, in the Highfield Business Park.
