We are going to be holding an Open Day on Saturday December 5th 2015 which will be open to anyone and everyone to come along and help celebrate our official opening!

Starting from 10am through to 5pm, we will be holding demonstrations approximately one the hour every hour of various different disciplines and activities.

We will have :-

• Taekwon-Do
• Kickboxing
• Boxing
• Haidong Gumdo
• Board Breaking
• Refreshments
• Fun Selfie spots!
